Joshua Hawes

Mr. Hawes is an associate attorney in the Orlando office of ABD. Mr. Hawes brings a wealth of knowledge to ABD with his past experience representing both automobile and property insurance companies. Currently, Mr. Hawes focuses primarily on Personal Injury Protection disputes throughout the state of Florida. Prior to his insurance litigation practice, Mr. Hawes represented individuals in employment disputes, mainly related to discrimination, from the handling of the EEOC charge through trial in federal court.

Mr. Hawes is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, and Volusia County Bar Association.
