Ms. Shipp is an associate attorney in the Orlando office of ABD, where she specializes in auto glass and first-party property insurance disputes throughout the State of Florida. Notably, Ms. Shipp is dual-licensed and eligible to practice in both Florida and Georgia. Although she has devoted the bulk of her career to insurance defense, Ms. Shipp began her legal journey as an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, focused primarily on third-degree felony and misdemeanor prosecution.
Ms. Shipp earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with Summa Cum Laude honors from the University of Kentucky, where she wrote and published dozens of articles for various media outlets. Thereafter, she graduated with her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law. During her time at Emory, Ms. Shipp earned a Dean’s Award for her legal research and writing skills.
