Specifically, the court found that the carrier properly reimbursed CPT Code 97010 pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Fee Schedule and rejected Plaintiff's reliance on "Sunrise Chiropractic". The court further determined that Medicare does not separately reimburse CPT Code 97010 because it is a bundled service. The client is obviously thrilled with the outcome.
